This simple charger is compatible with most spaces and keeps you mobile wherever you go. Its portable, safe and reliable, and survives shortcircuits, overload, and low and high voltage. Comes with max power protection for long-lasting performance.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation within warehouse working hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday).

Estimated delivery time is up to 7 days after shipping confirmation, depending on your location.

Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped through our official logistics partners: FedEx, Delhivery, and Blue Dart.

If your pin code is not serviceable by these carriers, we may ship via EMS Speed Post, which may result in longer delivery timelines.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays due to weather, regulatory issues, or courier-related circumstances may occur. In such cases, customers are requested to coordinate directly with the courier partner. Special consideration may be provided regarding warranty or refund timelines where applicable.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as “Pre-Order” can be purchased before they are in stock.

Estimated shipping dates are displayed on the product detail page. Please note that all shipping dates are approximate and subject to changes beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is offered for customer convenience and is subject to availability based on location.

Important COD Terms:

  1. A ₹1500 advance payment is mandatory for all COD orders.
  2. Our in-house executives will contact you to collect the advance before dispatch.
  3. The remaining balance must be paid in cash only at the time of delivery.
  4. COD is applicable for the purchase of one product per order.
  5. Customers must keep the exact amount ready at delivery. Delivery personnel may not carry change.
  6. If delivery fails twice due to customer unavailability, the order will be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.
  7. COD may not be available in certain locations.
  8. Radboards reserves the right to refuse COD for specific orders or customers.

By selecting COD, customers agree to these terms.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before 24 hours of shipment.

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before shipment will not be accepted.

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Security

All online transactions are processed on secure servers with encrypted payment gateways. Our systems are protected by firewalls and monitored with intrusion detection systems to ensure customer data safety.

Important Delivery Advice

If the outer packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, do not accept the package.

Please file a damage report with the courier and refuse delivery to avoid complications with claims or returns.

Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase (for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect product), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 72 hours from the date of receipt.

How to Request an RMA

  1. Email us at support@radboards.in within 72 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Clearly mention that you are requesting an RMA.
  3. Include the following details:
    Full Name
    Contact Number
    Address
    Email ID
    Purchase Date
    Reason for Return

Our service team will review and guide you through the return process.

Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • RMA requested within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged).
  • All original accessories must be returned.
  • RMA number and contact details must be included with the returned package.
  • If the return is not due to product failure, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

If all conditions are satisfied, the refund will be credited to the original source account.
