Shipping policy

Please allow at least 2-7 business days for all orders to process prior to shipping. Delivery time will be upto 7days post shipping confirmation. 

Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 10 am to 7 pm.

Our warehouse and distribution center operates from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Shipping confirmations are typically sent within that time frame. From time to time due to weather, regulatory or other circumstances outside our control, shipments may be delayed. Please address all claims to the courier service used. In these cases, special consideration will be given to warranty and refunds timelines.

All orders will be processed through our official logistics partners FedEx, Delihvery, Bluedart. If the delivery pin code is not in the serviceable area of FedEx the orders will be processed through EMS Speed Post which might lead to delayed delivery timelines. No responsibility will be taken for any delay of the package as we have no control on the time taken by the delivery channel.

1.Customers are supposed to pay ₹1500 of advance as a pre-payment for COD.

2. Radboards in-house executives will contact the customers to carry out the pre-payment process only after which your orders will be sent out to delivery.

(EXAMPLE: Shyam made a purchase of a Classic 6.5 which costs ₹16,999, Shyam wants his payment mode to be COD hence his order subtotal will be ₹16,999, On confirming the order for COD, Shyam needs to pay 1500rs as an advance which will be processed by Radboards in-house executives after which when Shyam receives his order at his door step, he will have to pay 15,499 to collect his classic 6.5 hoverboard.)

3.Payment for COD orders must be made in hard cash only. Customers are not allowed to pay using any other payment method, such as credit cards, debit cards, or e-wallets, as this is not a payment on delivery (POD) service.

4. Cash on delivery (COD) is a payment option available to our customers for their convenience.

5. COD may not be available in all locations due to operational constraints. We apologize in advance if this payment option is not available in your area.

6. Customers who choose to pay using COD must have the exact amount of cash ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery personnel may not have change.

7. In case the customer is not available to receive the delivery at the agreed time, we will attempt to deliver the order one more time. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the order will be cancelled, and the customer will be charged a cancellation fee.

8. We reserve the right to refuse COD as a payment option for certain orders or customers.

9. COD is applicable for purchase of one product.

10. By choosing to pay using COD, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
